DELIVERY INFO

We deliver worldwide!

OscarsElk is committed to offering top quality service and we aim to send out all orders on the day that they are placed. The orders are wrapped in OscarsElk tissue paper and are sent out via recorded delivery in 100% degradable mailing bags.

UK Delivery:
For addresses within the UK we will deliver free of charge for orders over £50.00. For orders under £50.00 we charge £2.45. Orders are dispatched via first class recorded mail and someone will be required to sign for the parcel. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

International Delivery:
International orders are dispatched via international signed for delivery. Within Europe we charge £4.00 for the first item and a further 50p for each additional item. For the rest of the world we charge £5.00 with a further £1.00 for each additional item. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Cancellation and Returns:
Should you wish to cancel or return any goods, you may do so only in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Prior to delivery:
You may cancel your order by contacting our customer services team on +44 (0)7879 626 356 or by email at sales@oscarselk.com quoting your order reference number.

After delivery:
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days or in the case of orders internationally, 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact our customer services team on +44 (0)7879 626 356 or by email at sales@oscarselk.com quoting your order reference number and reason for return. Then return the item(s) to us by post at:

The items must be returned unused, with all labels intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.  All our parcels are sent out in re-sealable, re-usable mailing bags, which can be re-used for returns.  It is advisable that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
