HELP

We are committed to making your shopping experience on OscarsElk as easy and enjoyable as possible. However, from time to time inevitably there may be some technical problems. We have put together some troubleshooting ‘How To’ documents and videos, providing information on how to use the site and how to activate any technical settings (such as how to enable Java Script) or requirements to be able to use the site.

If you are still having problems:
If you have read the attached documents and watched the videos and are still experiencing problems then send us an email to info@oscarselk.com telling us what computer you are using (example: MacBook or Windows Desktop Computer) and the version of the web browser that you were using.

How to check the version of the web browser you are using:
Most browsers display their brand name and sometimes the version number when you first start them. However, this startup screen may disappear too quickly. Simply select “Help>About…” from the main menu once your browser has loaded. (Note, the exact menu option may say “Help>About Internet Explorer”, or “Help> About Firefox” and so on.
