When you buy goods from us we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, delivery address, contact details and credit/debit card details. We keep a record of some of this information in order that we can recognise you as a registered customer and to make the shopping experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. We also keep a record of any orders or correspondence, so that if any problems should arise, we are better able to deal with them.
OscarsElk do not keep a record of your credit card details. We use ‘Worldpay’ secure online ordering for payments and your details are captured on their secure servers. Sunshop’s payment systems achieve optimum levels of security.
We treat all personal information as confidential.
We will NEVER pass on your personal information to a third party for marketing purposes.
If you would like to be kept in the loop with our products and services you can choose to opt in to receiving our newsletter. In choosing this option you agree to be sent promotional emails from time to time. It is not in our interests to annoy our customers so rest assured you will not be bombarded with marketing emails.
