Prices and Promotions:
All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We also reserve the right to remove any goods from the website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing goods from the website.
Ordering:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our store, add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart and you can continue browsing and shopping. Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked to enter your details, payment method and delivery address.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the ‘checkout’ button on the secure ordering page.
After submitting an order to us we will send you a transaction confirmation email including your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours unless you are informed otherwise.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. In some cases it may be possible to re-order items, which we no longer hold as stock. If you would like us to try and get hold of such items then email us on sales@oscarselk.com
Paying for Goods:
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the Deliveries section and will be confirmed to you on the final step before you click on the ‘submit order’ button.
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards or via Paypal in accordance with the payment methods section. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before despatch of the goods to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason of the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
OscarsElk uses the secure online ordering system ‘Worldpay’, so your credit card details are safe.
Cancellation and Returns:
Should you wish to cancel or return any goods, you may do so only in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Prior to delivery:
You may cancel your order by contacting our customer services team on +44 (0)7879 626 356 or by email at sales@oscarselk.com quoting your order reference number.
After delivery:
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days or in the case of orders internationally, 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact our customer services team on +44 (0)7879 626 356 or by email at sales@oscarselk.com quoting your order reference number and reason for return. Then return the item(s) to us by post at:

The items must be returned unused, with all labels intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty. It is advisable that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
